POCT equipment

　　POCT, point of care testing, refers to the clinical test conducted beside the patient, usually not necessarily by the clinical examiner. It is a kind of new method to analyze the sample immediately in the sampling site, to save the complex processing procedure of the sample in the laboratory test, and to get the test results quickly. The detection principle is based on fluorescence, chemiluminescence, Raman and absorbance measurement. Test items include blood coagulation test, blood glucose test, infectious diseases, heart disease markers, immune test of cancer markers, biological threat test, etc.
