(Summary description) The 81st CMEF (Spring) China International Medical Equipment Fair, launched today, HB Optical brought a variety of biomedical precision optical filters in the optical component exhibition area, with many domestic and foreign companies participating in the exhibition. This time we exhibited a variety of precision optical filter products: Filters for biochemical analysis The filter for biochemical analysis is specially used in biochemical analyzer and microplate reader. It is the core component in the optical path system. Its optical performance determines the accuracy and sensitivity of equipment inspection. After the development of six generations of products, 's biochemical filters have now formed into 5 size series, more than 50 wavelengths, and more than 200 models and specifications. The unique deep cut-off, rectangular waveform, and ultra-high signal-to-noise ratio design ensure that the product reaches the best absorbance. Filters for molecular diagnostics The filter for molecular diagnosis produced by HB Optical is manufactured by IAD process, which has good spectral performance and long service life. Apply these filters to obtain high-contrast, clear, and realistic high-quality images. Product features: high transmittance (T>90%), deep cut-off background (>OD6), high signal-to-noise ratio, high precision (wavefront distortion <0.25λ). Using the latest filter products, high-contrast rectangular bandpass filter and sharp cut-off broadband filter, the background cut-off depth is increased to 10-6, the background is darker, the contrast is better, and the image is brighter and clearer. Filter for multi-channel fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument HB Optical can provide high-performance fluorescent filters for PCR detection, suitable for various fluorescent PCR detectors. Plasma-assisted deposition process (PIAD) and ion-beam-assisted deposition process (IAD) are used to manufacture these filters to ensure that the filters have a long service life and stable spectral performance. HB Optical uses independent design and manufacturing, cooperative design and production and OEM methods to provide high-performance fluorescent optical filters for domestic and foreign customers.
